Ogden Commons is a partnership between Habitat, Alecko Capital, & Sinai Health System. With the support of The City & the CHA, Ogden Commons will be one of the largest Opportunity Zone mixed-use projects, providing 120,000 square feet of commercial space & 350 mixed-income units. La Catedral Cafe & Restaurant and Wintrust Bank will occupy the ground floor, while Sinai Health System will lease the remaining space.
